How did Amazing Grace Preschool begin?
Amazing Grace Preschool is a subsidiary of Grace Baptist Christian Academy which was founded in 2001 with the purpose of providing parents with a quality Christian Education that is Classical in methodology and content. The Academy began with 11 students and a staff of 5 and has grown to 175 students and a staff of over 20. With an innovative curriculum that stresses the foundations of education, the Academy is already recognized as having combined a rigorous scholarship program with a caring family environment. Due to the popularity of the K-12th Grade programs and our high retention rate, classes are often full. The Academy’s success is a testament to the Grace of God and with His help, the future of the Academy is secure and promising.
The Program
The Pre-School Program allows the student to advance at his or her own pace. The program is academically challenging in a low pressure, but disciplined environment. There is ample attention given to socialization and constructive play. The students are also provided with a rest period in the afternoon when most of the students take supervised naps.

As a Christian Virtue-Based Preschool we strive to provide an environment which fosters nurturing, learning, and quality care. We also encourage through example and direction the qualities of moral conduct such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, forgiveness, and self-control.
The Location
Located at the junction of Rte. 118 (Park Street) and Oak Hill Avenue allows us to reach the communities of southeastern Massachusetts and the majority of Rhode Island. We are located just 8 minutes from Rt. 95 and only 10 minutes from Rt. 495.
